Domestic Energy Efficiency Mapping (DEEM) ToolIdentify potential areas for ECO3 installations
We are developing a standalone web application for Energy Company Obligation (ECO) the DEEM Tool – a web-based Domestic Energy Efficiency Mapping Tool. The objective is to help installers and lead generators to identify potential areas for the ECO3 installations.
The above is the sample application with few limited features and a sample data of Aylesbury, which can be used to determine areas where various ECO eligibilities apply. The layers included are fuel poverty percentage, rural postcodes, off-gas postcodes and EPCs, specifically those that fall in E, F or G ratings.
Aylesbury has a total of 5,708 postcodes, there are EPCs available for 4,526 (80%) of theses postcodes. Of which 1,313 postcodes have dwellings with E, F or G SAP rating. There are 3,181 rural postcodes and 1,884 postcode off-gas grid.
If you would like to be informed about our fully functional standalone app, please subscribe to us so we can let you know as soon as it is ready.
The map can be used for analysis as well as a visual representation within these layers particular vulnerable groups can be found from the following characteristics, dwelling type, tenure type, central heating system (whether or not there is one present), household composition.
The analysis is based on 1.7 million UK postcodes (1.5 million for England and Wales). Of the 1.5 million postcodes there are 1.25 million EPCs available, of which 341,922 have an E, F or G SAP rating (27% of total EPCs).
We could develop an exclusive, tailor-made map-based application for your business. If you are interested please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
